Description
This device is with the purpose to cool your neck and whole body when you feel hot in summer,
while warm your neck and whole body when you feel cold in winter, by cooling or warming the
main blood tube in the neck.

Operation:
Use USB cable to connect the device to any power bank to supply power. The power bank is
better with 5V 2A output.
Cool mode: push the slide switch to cool mode with the mark of , the LED is on with green light.
Warmer mode: push the slide switch to warm mode with the mark of, the LED is on with red light.
Turbo mode: in either cool or warmer mode, press the Turbo button,
and the green light or red lighter will become brighter a little bit.
Press again to return to the normal mode.
Off: push the slide switch to the middle position.
Attention:
In the cool mode, please do not cover the wind holes at the two side of the device, which will effect
the cooling function, but in warmer mode, you could cover the wind holes.
